Staff were friendly and helpful, but rooms were not very clean. Stray hairs in the bathroom and marks on carpets in the corridors. Suggests going to Premier Inn instead for better quality.

Booked a double but received a twin, with no room change available. Sheets were scratchy. Good location for Chelmsford but limited parking. Roundabout location could be problematic when full.
